Our story

Built by people who have run the commission close

ConsultingBlocks grew out of more than twelve years of hands-on SAP and analytics delivery. We have configured crediting rules, rebuilt slow pipelines, fixed payee statements right before payroll and sat with comp admins while they explained what really goes wrong each period.

That experience shaped how we work. We specialize instead of trying to cover everything, we build systems that your own team can run, and we tell you honestly when something isn't worth doing.
